This webinar aims to help young researchers write clear and concise abstracts to increase the likelihood for acceptance at conferences – specifically the 2015 International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP). The webinar will cover the basic concepts of developing and writing an abstract, how abstracts are evaluated, and submitting abstracts for ICFP with a focus on youth-led or youth-focused initiatives. Scope: This call aims to investigate the effect that specific patterns of growth have on women’s economic empowerment. Research also aims to determine which public policies and interventions can ensure that the positive effects of growth on women’s empowerment are enhanced and the negative effects minimized. Budget total and apportionment: Through this call a single consortium is expected to undertake six to eight (6-8) projects within a total budget of up to CA $2 million.
