Microeconomic Impact of HIV Disease Among Female Bar Workers and Female Hotel Workers in Northern Tanzania

Abstract:
The link between economic status and HIV infection is debatable. In the absence of prospective individual-level economic data, we used propensity score matching to help identify a relationship between HIV and economic outcomes among female bar workers and female hotel workers in Moshi, Tanzania.
